The DCE steam extraction commercial kitchen canopy is designed for applications where the removal of heat, steam and condensation is the primary requirement.
The sloping baffle plates aid the collection and removal of condensation, increasing the surface area and helping to prevent dripping.
- Condensation is assisted through the use of angled internal baffles and deflectors
- Efficient exhaust is maintained by using lateral side slots combined with the large internal volume
- Modular construction simplifies design and installation
- Adjustment and measurement of airflow using the adjustment damper within the extract spigot(s)
- Manufactured from polished stainless steel AISI 304
- Surface mounted light fittings are available as an accessory
